Students: $1,750 dollars

Student Deposit: $500 dollars due by April 1
Chaperone Deposit: $300 dollars due by April 1

As shared in the meeting, this trip is more than a travel experience. It is a spiritual commitment, a team commitment, and a financial commitment. Students and Chaperones are expected to attend all pre-trip meetings, participate fully in fundraising efforts, and serve on a planning team as we prepare for ministry.

If your student is prayerfully considering being part of this team, the next step is to complete and return the appropriate commitment form. Submitting the form and deposit via the registration page secures your place on the team. Space is limited, and once we reach capacity we will begin a waitlist.

Please return completed forms and deposits by Wednesday, April 1. The mission support letter is also attached to this email so that students can begin their own fundraising efforts. Students should read through this letter and make edits to make it sound more like them. There are portions about how our church can process a donation for the trip please leave these as written.

If you have questions after reviewing the presentation, or any of the forms attached, I would be happy to connect with you. I strongly encourage families to sit down together, pray, and have an honest conversation about readiness, responsibility, and the level of commitment required. International mission work is incredibly meaningful, but it also requires maturity, flexibility, and follow through.

We are expectant about what God will do through this team and would love for your family to be part of it.
