No purchase, donation, or payment is necessary to enter or win.
Eligibility
The Heritage Pumpkin Patch Photo Giveaways are open to individuals age 13 years or older and have a valid Facebook or Instagram account.
Photos may include children under age 13, but an entry featuring a child under 13 must be submitted by the child’s parent or legal guardian, or by an adult who has permission from the child’s parent or legal guardian to submit the photograph.
Heritage United Methodist Church employees may participate by sharing photos but are not eligible to win a prize.
Participants may enter more than one of the October 2026 giveaways. However, once an individual wins one October 2026 giveaway, that individual is not eligible to win another October 2026 giveaway.
How to Enter
To enter one of the Heritage Pumpkin Patch Photo Giveaways:
Take or select a photograph that meets the requirements of the applicable giveaway.
Post the photograph on Facebook or Instagram during the applicable entry period.
Tag the Heritage Pumpkin Patch social media account.
Include the official hashtag for that giveaway in the post.
The post must be publicly visible so Heritage can verify the entry.
Participants with private social media accounts may submit their qualifying photograph by direct message to the Heritage Pumpkin Patch Facebook or Instagram account instead. Or posting the photo(s) as a comment on the applicable giveaway post.
Each individual may receive one entry per giveaway, regardless of the number of qualifying photographs or posts submitted.
October 2026 Giveaways
Patch on Landmark
Entry Period: October 11 through October 16, 2026
Official Hashtag: #PatchOnLandmark26
Submit a photo taken at the Heritage Pumpkin Patch during the entry period.
One winner will be randomly selected on October 17, 2026.
Prize: $15 gift card.
Heritage Patch Then & Now
Entry Period: October 10 through October 31, 2026, at 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
Official Hashtag: #HeritagePatchThenNow26
Submit one photo of you or your family at the Heritage Pumpkin Patch from a previous year and one current photo taken at the Heritage Pumpkin Patch in 2026.
One winner will be randomly selected after entries close on October 31, 2026.
Prize: $15 gift card.
Heritage Palooza Costume
Entry Period: October 18, 2026, during Heritage Palooza.
Official Hashtag: #HeritagePaloozaCostume26
Submit a costume photo taken at the Heritage Pumpkin Patch during Heritage Palooza.
One winner will be randomly selected on October 19, 2026.
Prize: $15 gift card.
Heritage Patch Pets
Entry Period: October 19 through October 24, 2026.
Official Hashtag: #HeritagePatchPets26
Submit a photo of your pet taken at the Heritage Pumpkin Patch during the entry period.
One winner will be randomly selected on October 25, 2026.
Prize: $15 gift card.
Random Winner Selection
Each qualifying individual will receive one entry in the random drawing for the applicable giveaway.
After the entry period closes, Heritage United Methodist Church will compile a list of all verified eligible entries received through Facebook, Instagram, and qualifying direct message submissions.
Each eligible entrant will be assigned one entry. A winner will then be selected at random using an electronic random selection tool or random number generator.
The quality, creativity, popularity, number of likes, comments, reactions, or shares received by a photograph will not affect an entrant's chance of winning.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each giveaway.
Once an individual has been selected and confirmed as the winner of an October 2026 Heritage Pumpkin Patch Photo Giveaway, that individual will be removed from eligibility for all remaining October 2026 photo giveaway drawings. If a previous winner is inadvertently selected in a subsequent drawing, another winner will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries.
Winner Notification
Winners will be announced through the Heritage Pumpkin Patch social media accounts and contacted through the social media account used to enter.
A selected winner may be required to respond within a reasonable period of time to claim the prize. If Heritage is unable to contact the selected winner, the winner is determined to be ineligible, or the prize is not claimed, Heritage may randomly select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
Heritage will never require a winner to provide credit card or payment information to claim a prize.
Prizes
One winner of each giveaway will receive a $15 gift card.
Prizes have no cash alternative and may not be transferred or substituted, except at the discretion of Heritage United Methodist Church.
Photo Requirements
Except for the historical photograph submitted as part of the Heritage Patch Then & Now giveaway, photographs must be taken at the Heritage Pumpkin Patch during the applicable giveaway period.
Entrants must own the photograph or have permission to submit it.
Entries may not contain content that is unlawful, inappropriate, offensive, unsafe, or otherwise inconsistent with the family friendly nature of the Heritage Pumpkin Patch.
Heritage United Methodist Church reserves the right to determine whether an entry meets the requirements of the applicable giveaway.
Permission to Share Submitted Photos
By entering, participants grant Heritage United Methodist Church permission to share, repost, and display the submitted photograph in connection with Heritage United Methodist Church, the Heritage Pumpkin Patch, and related ministries and events, including on Heritage social media accounts, websites, digital communications, and promotional materials.
Entrants retain ownership of their photographs.
Submission of a photograph containing other individuals represents that the entrant has permission to submit the photograph. For photographs containing minors, the entrant is responsible for obtaining appropriate permission from the minor's parent or legal guardian.
Entry Verification
Heritage is not responsible for entries that cannot be located or verified because of privacy settings, incorrect or missing hashtags, failure to tag the Heritage Pumpkin Patch account, technical problems, deleted posts, or circumstances outside Heritage's reasonable control.
Participants are encouraged to confirm that their post is publicly visible or submit their entry through direct message if their account is private.
Facebook and Instagram Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Heritage United Methodist Church and not to Facebook or Instagram, and release Facebook and Instagram from responsibility associated with the promotion.
Participants must comply with the applicable rules and terms of the social media platform they use to enter.
Changes or Cancellation
Heritage United Methodist Church reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel a giveaway if circumstances outside its reasonable control prevent the giveaway from being conducted as planned.
Any material changes will be communicated through the Heritage Pumpkin Patch social media accounts.
